How to subscribe to C-DESIGN PLM?
Contact us and we will provide you with all the explanations. After the payment we send you the link and your access codes
Can I stop my subscription?
You subscribe for an annual plan, it will stop when it expires. You will then have the opportunity to renew it on a new year.
Warning: If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your software until the end of the current month of use. After this period, your server space will be deleted along with its contents.
Storage and Cloud Services
Where are my data stored?
Your graphic files, such as your Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW® files, are saved on your workstation or on your file server. We do not transfer these files to our Cloud servers. However, we store on the Cloud Servers the database, .pdf files, and any attached files that you have assigned to your product. We strongly recommend that you make a regular backup of your graphic files (.ai, .cdr, etc …).
Is the storage secure?
C-DESIGN® uses high level secure cloud storage to keep your files and data safe. We conduct regular testing to meet industry standards.
Privacy policy
We respect your creativity and your property scrupulously. Your files belong to you. Under no circumstances will we share your work or anything with anyone. Everything you do on C-DESIGN PLM remains completely private.
Using C-DESIGN PLM
How does it work?
C-DESIGN PLM is entirely based on the Cloud, it’s allows you to manage all your graphic files, design & production steps, and to create quickly Lines Sheets on a web page.
The C-DESIGN PLM plugin also allows to work from Adobe® Illustrator®, CorelDRAW® and C-DESIGN Fashion®.
Can I use C-DESIGN PLM with multiple users?
Yes, it is possible for the same group or the same company to collaborate its users on the same platform. To do so contact our sales department contact@cdesignfashion.com who will assist you in ordering subscriptions related to the same customer account.
I want to change the language settings
Once you have logged into C-DESIGN PLM, click on the Menu icon at the top right, then go to “Languages”, choose the one that suits you best.
How do I do if I have a question about C-DESIGN PLM?
