Technicians from the C-DESIGN® Support Center are available to guide you daily by phone and Internet. Our latest technology of on-line support, allows our technicians to quickly identify your requests and give you best advise in real time.

Efficient and quick assistance
Your Technical Support Representative can have access to your screen at the same time as you, in order to better understand your request or technical problem. This also allow your representative to work instantaneously with you and to clearly explain the solution to your problem, wherever you are in the world.
The C-DESIGN® on-line assistance is conducted on a secure line. |

How does it work?
1 – Both the technical representative and the client are on the phone.
2 – The Technical Assistant starts the Consultant program on his PC. The session number appears.
3 – The client starts the Client program on his desktop with just a click and enters the session number given by the Technical Assistant.
4 – Connection is established. |

Netviewer is equipped with a range of security mechanisms, ensuring that you can use the tool without any concerns regarding data security
The randomly generated connection number ensures that you are connected to the representative you wish to communicate with.
After the connection is established, you first see the screen of your representative. To change over to view your monitor is only possible with your explicit permission.>
The application selection option allows you to specify the applications that are to be visible to your representative.
By default, the system is in “View-only” mode. If required, you can grant remote control rights to the other party. This authorisation can however be revoked at any time. Both partners can terminate the Netviewer session at any time by clicking the “exit” button.
