Compatibility

Compatibility with Windows® Vista®:
C-DESIGN Fashion® v4 is now compatible with all versions of Windows® Vista® 32bits (Home, Business and Ultimate). This compatibility offers C-DESIGN® a new dimension and additional features connected to the new Windows® Vista® interface.

Compatibility Adobe® Cs3:
C-DESIGN Fashion® v4 is now compatible with the Adobe® CS3 suite thanks to a greater compatibility of the Adobe ® Illustrator. AI CS3 and Adobe® Photoshop .PSD CS3 formats.

Creation Tools:
“Delete virtual segment” tool improved:
Even more precise and faster, it allows to work on the arrows of the technical garment very fast.
Board Tool:
Allows to create boards where the number of columns and lines is adjustable.
Auto-formatting:
Allows to select in background task a surface (color, gradation or bitmap), or an outline, or a surface and an outline,
and to apply them to any object. This feature saves considerable time while working on the edition of colors.

Product Synthesis :
This feature allows you to know all the details of a
selection of objects (color, outline color, bitmap
surface, color scale). Once the synthesis is done, this
tool allows you to create a report on a new document
containing all the details of the synthesis.

Quick Vectoring :
This tool allows the user to execute an immediate vectoring without going through Power Trace. This vectoring is directly accessible by a right click on a bitmap image integrated in C-DESIGN Fashion® v4. |
Library of Stitches :
Complete revision of the complex stitches library.
Smart Surface:
This feature is a variation of the Auto-formatting tool. It
allows the user to choose a plain color and an outline,
and then to apply them to any other objects just by
clicking on it. |

Perspective Tool:
This tool allows you to create a real perspective to one or several vector objects. This feature is very useful to create visual merchandising with 3D perspective. |

Image Adjustments Laboratory:
It allows to change and check the hue, saturation, lightness, and even more…of a bitmap image integrated in C-DESIGN Fashion® v4. This feature also allows you to create immediate negatives to choose the most adequate setting.
Convert an outline into an object :
Very important tool for the graphic part to convert an outline into a full object. Then, it is possible to attribute a gradation, a bitmap motif or other the new object.
Multiple Copy&Paste :
This tool allows you to create lists of “selections” to paste them once or more in one or several documents. |

Task Planning:
This feature allows for the definition of an unlimited number of tasks to do on a specific
date. It is available on a text version and on a vocal version as well. Each time you open CDESIGN
Fashion®, a warning appears to remind the tasks to carry out.

Save + Pdf:
This feature allows you to automatically create a .pdf file attached to the .cdr file while saving your document. This is also available for a “Save as +pdf”, which allows you to specify another path than the .cdr one for the .pdf file. |

Save + Jpg :
This feature allows you to automatically create a .Jpg preview of a .cdr file. This preview is created while saving the file. This version of the file
is very useful while integrating a .cdr file in a database because it gives the system a Preview file readable on any kinds of systems. |
Task Reminder:
This tool allows to relaunch the alerts of tasks to remind the user of tasks that need to be completed. |
